チャール・ハルマンダルはアーティスト兼アニメーション映画監督。タフツ大学SMFAで美術学士号を取得後、文部科学省研究奨学金を得て東京藝術大学大学院アニメーション研究科修士課程に入学。現在、東京藝術大学大学院博士課程在籍。
Çağıl Harmandar is an artist and animation film director from İstanbul, Türkiye. After finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the SMFA at Tufts University, she received the MEXT Research Scholarship to get a Masters Degree in Animation at the Tokyo University of Arts. She is currently a practice based Phd Candidate at the same institution.
