Maki Takemoto graduated from Hirosaki university in Aomori prefecture at 1999. Her major is education. She graduated from 'Tonchiki' art school of Tsuyoshi Ozawa at 2001. 'Tonchiki' means 'strange' or 'fake' etc.. in Japanese. She got prize of Tuner acrylic award 2000 at 2001. She got grand prix of art competition live at Gunma prefecture at 2005. She has held many one man shows, group shows and projects. Main work is "Search for ××chan"around the town.
