Gallery Saitou Fine Arts is formerly known as "Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, Yokohama Seminar" initiated to link the students of art and design with the general public in 2008. After the university's withdrawal from the project, it re-defined its mission as a gallery to provide an opportunity to exhibit works by young artists based in the Okayama area and to support them to develop a platform for their own activities in the Kanto area.
