日本・横浜から台湾・基隆へ ― 日台の港湾都市をめぐる実践者対談From Yokohama to Keelung: A Japan–Taiwan Dialogue on Art and Port Cities これから

日本・横浜の黄金町から、台湾・基隆の正濱漁港へ。

アートが地域に入り込むことで、一つの港湾都市にどのような変化をもたらすことができるのでしょうか？

2026年開催の「永晝海濱美術館 ― Zhengbin Harbour Museum of Art : Activities and Archives」展をきっかけに、横浜市立大学の鈴木伸治教授と、星濱山共創工作室の創設者・林書豪氏を迎え、台湾と日本を越えた港湾都市の対話を行います。

文化の保存、空間の活用、地域づくりなどをテーマに、二つの港湾都市がさまざまな実践を通して、空間活用、若者の参加、そして国際的な交流の可能性をどのように考えてきたのかを共有します。

What can art bring to a port city when it becomes part of the life of a local community?

As part of the 2026 exhibition “Zhengbin Harbour Museum of Art: Activities and Archives,” we will bring together Professor Shinji Suzuki of Yokohama City University and Shu-Hao Lin, founder of Xingbinshan Co-Creation Studio, for a conversation connecting two port cities across Japan and Taiwan.

Drawing on their experiences in cultural preservation, the revitalization of local spaces, and community-based initiatives, they will discuss how art and creative practices can open up new possibilities for reimagining places, engaging younger generations, and building connections across borders.
