プロフィール
武蔵野美術大学空間演出デザイン学科ファッション専攻卒業。生家が洋裁教室だったことから布や糸のある環境で育ち、在学中より繊維を用いた作品制作を始める。近年はsurfaceとmeaning、感覚と本質に、記号に纏わる立体・インスタレーション作品を発表している。またワークショップ、編み物教室を毎月開催し様々な人との共同制作を行っている。
Profile
Kon Aduki graduated from the Fashion Program in the Department of Spatial Design at Musashino Art University. Growing up in a family that ran a sewing school, Kon was surrounded by fabrics and threads from an early age and began creating textile-based works while still a student. In recent years, she has been presenting three-dimensional works and installations that relate to themes such as “surface and meaning,” as well as “sensation and essence”. She also holds monthly workshops and knitting classes, collaborating on creative projects with all kinds of people.
