橋村 至星ー石油節約パッケージ これから
煌々と照らされたコンビニ棚の前を行きかう人影。棚に並ぶ色鮮やかな商品パッケージの中に、石油危機で白黒の節約パッケージになった商品が紛れている。遠くの国で起こっている事も、私たちの日常に反映されている様を絵画で描く。
Shadows of people come and go before the brightly illuminated shelves of a convenience store. Among the vividly colored packages of products lining the shelves, one stands out with its black-and-white packaging, the result of an oil crisis. Through painting, I depict how events unfolding in distant parts of the world can find their way into and become reflected in our everyday lives in local area.

橋村 至星 Shisei Hashimura
The school of Visual Arts卒、New York University大学院修了。90年代に約10年間NY滞在後帰国、現在横浜黄金町AIR滞在。Gallery Side２、Gallery Lara Tokyo、横浜市栄区文化センターリリス他で個展、グループ展国内外多数参加。2015年から「アートプロジェクトみどり」に参加。黄金町バザール＋上大岡バザール2024と2025に出品。
Graduated from the School of Visual Arts B.F.A. program and finished M.A. from New York University. After living in NY for ten years in ‘90s, returned to Japan. Currently an artist-in-residence at the Koganecho AIR program in Yokohama. Solo exhibitions at Gallery Side 2, Gallery Lara Tokyo, and Yokohama Sakae Ward Cultural Center Lilis, among others. Also has participated in many group exhibitions both in Japan and internationally. Participating in the “Art Project Midori” since 2015. Participated in Koganecho Bazaar and Kamiooka Bazaar in 2024 and 2025.
