1. 企画主旨
「黄金町バザール」は、横浜市中区・黄金町エリアでアートによるまちの再生に取り組むNPO法人黄金町エリアマネジメントセンターが主催するアートフェスティバルです。アーティストと地域コミュニティの出会いの場を創出し、多くの来街者を呼び込むことで、まちの賑わいづくりに寄与してきました。
本事業はこれまで18年間継続して開催されており、昨年に引き続き株式会社京急百貨店と連携しています。本年は百貨店の30周年を契機として、より多様で深いコミュニティとの協働を展開していきます。
1. Introduction
“Koganecho Bazaar” is an art festival organized by the NPO Koganecho Area Management Center, which works on the revitalization of the town through art in the Koganecho area of Naka Ward, Yokohama. By creating opportunities for artists and local communities to meet, and by attracting many visitors to the area, it has contributed to creating liveliness in the town.
This project has been continuously held for the past 18 years, and following last year, it is again collaborating with the Keikyu Department Store in Kamiōoka. This year, taking the department store’s 30th anniversary as an opportunity, we will develop collaborations with more diverse and deeper communities.

Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiōoka Bazaar 2026 At the Crossroads – Art Connecting Us –
Exhibition: Thursday, September 10, 2026 – Monday, October 12, 2026 (public holiday) (29 days)
Closed Days for Koganecho: Thursdays (if Thursday falls on a public holiday, then the following Friday)
※ Keikyu Department Store and Wing Kamiooka are open every day
Venues (planned): Studios, galleries, vacant spaces under the railways between Koganecho and Hinodecho stations, surrounding studios, local stores, outdoor spaces, Keikyu Department Store in Kamiōoka, Wing Kami-Ōoka.

3. 募集内容
今回のテーマ「交差する私たち」(参考：ディレクターのメッセージ) を基に展開される作品およびプロジェクトのプランを募集します。「多様なコミュニティとの協働」を様々な視点で解釈し、共に考え、可能性を拡張できるプランを募集します。
ジャンルの指定は特にありませんが、主催者が提供する場所を有効に活⽤し、会期中を通じて公開可能なプランであることが応募条件となります。なお、提出するプランは未発表でオリジナルなものに限ります。滞在制作による新作の発表が条件となりますが、近距離在住の場合はその限りではありません。
ディレクターのメッセージ：
黄金町と上大岡。２つの地域を結ぶ京浜急行線と大岡川は上大岡駅の手前で交差します。
今回の展覧会のタイトルを「交差する私たち」としました。これは、単純にすれ違いや線の重なりを示そうとするものではありません。多種多様な情報や価値観が行き交うこの時代において、その接点や差異は何か、それがどのような文脈のもとにあるのか、自分達の目線はどこに向いているのかなどを、様々な観点から捉えようと試みるものです。
全く交わるはずのないもの、自分と無関係と思っていたものが立体交差のようにある1点で重なるかもしれない。
アートを通して、非日常と思っていたものが実は身近な物事と繋がっているかもしれない。
もうすぐ20年目となる黄金町の「アートによるまちづくり」、今年30周年を迎える京急百貨店・ウィング上大岡。それぞれの場所で、過去・現在・未来のつながり、アートとコミュニティの関わり、人とひと、人とまち、街とまち、様々な繋がりの点や線がどのように見えてくるのか。その可能性を模索します。

3. Proposal theme
We are calling for plans for artworks and projects developed based on this year’s theme, “At the Crossroads – Art Connecting Us -” (see the Director’s Message for reference). We seek plans that interpret “collaboration with diverse communities” from various perspectives, think together with others, and expand possibilities.
There is no specific restriction on genre; however, as a condition of application, the proposal must make effective use of the space provided by the organizers and be capable of being presented to the public throughout the exhibition period. In addition, submitted plans must be original and unpublished. As a rule, applicants are required to present a new work produced, through the residency, though this does not apply to those living nearby.
Director’s message
Koganecho and Kamiōoka. The Keikyu Line and the Ooka River, which connect these two areas, cross just before Kamiōoka Station.
We have chosen “At the Crossroads – Art Connecting Us -” as the title of this exhibition. This is not simply meant to indicate people passing each other by or lines overlapping. In this age when a great variety of information and values come and go, this title is an attempt to grasp, from many different perspectives, such questions as: what are the points of contact and the points of difference between them, in what kind of context do they exist, and where are our own eyes directed?
Things that should never intersect at all, or things we thought had nothing to do with us, may overlap at a certain point like a grade-separated crossing.
Through art, what we thought was something extraordinary may in fact be connected to things close to us in everyday life.
Koganecho’s “community-building through art,” now approaching its 20th year, and Keikyu Department Store / Kami-Ōoka, celebrating their 30th anniversary this year. In each of these places, we will explore the possibilities of how points and lines of various connections may come into view: connections between past, present, and future; the relationship between art and community; person and person; person and town; town and town.

6. 応募条件
◆日本在住（国籍問わず）
◆制作期間から展示期間にかけて、黄金町に30日程度滞在できること。
◆滞在制作に関わる全てをアーティスト⾃⾝の責任で⾏うこと
◆滞在制作の成果を作品として「⻩⾦町バザール+上大岡バザール2026」で必ず発表すること
◆制作・展⽰・撤収スケジュール（項⽬５）を厳守できること
◆主催者が企画するトーク、レクチャー、ワークショップ等のイベントに出演、参加すること
6. Application Requirements
◆ Must reside in Japan (nationality does not matter).
◆ Must be able to stay in Koganecho for about 30 days from the production period through the exhibition period.
◆ Must carry out all matters related to residency production at the artist’s own responsibility.
◆ Must present the results of the residency production as a work in “Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiōoka Bazaar 2026” without fail.
◆ Must be able to strictly adhere to the production, exhibition, and removal schedule (Section 5).
◆ Must appear/participate in events planned by the organizers, such as talks, lectures, and workshops.
7. 展⽰場所について
今回は、会場を活かしたプランや、地域の店舗などのまちなかに広がるプランを募集します。
会場には下記6つのパターンがあります。
A．元違法⾵俗店舗（⼀⼾当たりの平均⾯積は約20 ㎡の２階建）
B．⾼架下のスタジオ
C．⾼架下のスペース
D．川や橋
E．京急百貨店、ウィング上大岡
F. 地域商店（飲⾷店等）の⼀部(要交渉)
※審査の後、希望された展⽰会場とは異なる会場を事務局から提案する場合もあります。
※プランが採択された後、事務局が所有者と交渉・調整を⾏います。応募者による候補会場への事前の⽴⼊り調査・問合せ・交渉等は、所有者の⽅へのご迷惑となりますので固く禁じます。
※具体的な場所を明⽰しないプランでも構いません。
7. Potential Venues and Spaces
Artists are invited to creatively use our facilities as well as other participating spaces in the area.
The following is a list of the main spaces available:
A. Former brothel buildings(2 storeys, each floor approximately 20 square meters).
B. Studio and gallery spaces under the railways
C. Spaces under the railways
D. River and bridge
E. Keikyu Department Store, Wing Kami-Ooka.
F. local shops (e.g., restaurants, etc.) ※Negotiation required
* The actual location of the proposed project will be discussed between the organisers and artist after the selection process, and may change.
* KAMC will discuss projects with venue owners on the artists’ behalf after the project has been confirmed. Contacting and starting negotiations directly with locals without our permission is strictly prohibited.
* We also accept applications that do not refer to any specific location.
8. 主催者によるサポート
提出プランに応じて、制作・滞在（交通費含む）・展示・撤収にかかる費用として、下記内容の助成を行います。（いずれも1人/1グループに対して）
制作費：最大300,000円まで（材料費、作品運搬費等）
制作謝金：55,000円（所得税を源泉徴収します）
滞在費：1日あたり3,000円（最大30日分、上限9万円）
交通費：最大50,000円まで（活動拠点から黄金町までの往復分）
※提出された予算計画書の一部を採用する場合もあります。審査通過後、事務局と提出されたプランをもとに予算計画を確認し、支払い方法を協議のうえ決定します。また、収益が見込まれるプランの最終的な収益分配については、個別に協議します。
※かかった費用の精算は原則後払いとなります。立替が必要な場合は別途協議を行います。
※応募条件に違反がある場合は、経費の返還を求めることがあります。
8. Support from the Organisers
i. Production, Stay, Exhibition, and Dismantling Costs
Based on the submitted plan, the following grants will be provided for production, stay (including transportation costs), exhibition, and dismantling expenses. (Each grant is for one person/one group.)
Production costs: up to 300,000 yen (material costs, work transportation costs, etc.)
Production honorarium: 55,000 yen (income tax will be withheld at source)
Residency expenses: 3,000 yen per day (up to 30 days, maximum 90,000 yen)
Transportation expenses: up to 50,000 yen (round-trip between the applicant’s base of activity and Koganecho)
※ In some cases, only part of the submitted budget plan may be adopted. After passing the review, the office will confirm the budget plan based on the submitted proposal and decide the payment method after consultation. In addition, the final distribution of profits for plans expected to generate revenue will be discussed separately on a case-by-case basis.
※ Reimbursement of incurred expenses will, in principle, be made after payment. If advance payment is necessary, this will be discussed separately.
※ If there is any violation of the application requirements, reimbursement of expenses may be demanded.

・展⽰会場使⽤料（光熱費含む）は事務局が負担します。
・「⻩⾦町バザール+上大岡バザール2026」の参加企画として、主催者が広報を⾏います。
・必要に応じてレジデンス施設を提供します。

• The office will bear the exhibition venue usage fees (including utility costs).
• The organizers will publicize the project as a participating project of “Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiōoka Bazaar 2026.”
• Residency facilities will be provided as necessary.
9. 作品の著作権・販売について
作品の著作権や販売については、個別相談の上、主催者と参加アーティストの間で覚書を結びます。
会期中に撮影した制作⾵景・展⽰⾵景や作品などの記録写真・映像の使⽤権は、主催者と参加アーティストの両者が保有します。
9. Copyright and Sale of Creative Works
After individual consultation, the organisers will sign an agreement with the artist regarding the copyright and sale of creative work.
Both the organisers and the artist have the right to use photographs and videos documenting the creative space, the exhibition space, the creative work, and so on.
