⻩⾦町エリアマネジメントセンターでは、2009 年の団体設⽴当初より約13 年間にわたってアーティスト・イン・レジデンス(以下AIR)事業を実施してきました。本プログラムは、実際に⻩⾦町エリアに滞在しながら、AIR 事業の⼿法について実践を通して学ぶ短期集中型のインターンシップです。同時期、同エリアに複数のアーティストを招へいし、アーティスト同⼠、また地域コミュニティとの活発な交流が⽣まれる⻩⾦町AIR ならではのレジデンスを体感し、将来のAIR の担い⼿を⽬指す意欲のあるインターンを募集します。
■研修内容
(1) AIR 事業運営補助
(2) アーティスト滞在制作補助
(3) 企画運営補助
(4) 外部講師を招いたレクチャーやディスカッションへの参加（3回開催予定）
(5) 外部AIR組織への訪問（2回開催予定）
※研修成果を10月上旬開催予定の「国際AIR2022」の会期中に発表します。
■研修期間（レジデンス）

※上記日程の内、最短30 ⽇間〜最⻑60 ⽇間。10月上旬の成果発表への参加は必須です。
※具体的なレジデンス期間は選考後、担当者と調整の上決定します。

■応募条件
・原則、⻩⾦町エリアでのレジデンスが可能なこと
・来⽇前に保険に加⼊すること（海外のみ）
■待遇
・ ⻩⾦町エリアマネジメントセンターが管理するレジデンス施設の提供（無料）
・ 滞在費の⽀給 ※滞在費の⽀給額は、レジデンスの日数 に応じて審査後決定します。
・ ⼊居時と退去時および外部AIR組織への訪問の交通費を支給。
・ビザ申請料、保険料は事務局が負担します。（海外のみ）

AIR Manager Internship (Koganecho AIR Program 2022 Training Program)
Application Conditions
The Koganecho Area Management Center has been running an Artist in Residence (AIR) program for about 13 years since it was established in 2009. This short-term intensive internship program provides a practical opportunity to study the management side of running an AIR while staying in the Koganecho area. During this period, many artists are invited to the area, and we are looking for interns who are interested in becoming the future leaders of AIRs to come and experience the lively exchanges of a Koganecho residency along with the artists and local community.
■ Intern responsibilities
1) Assist AIR management
2) Assist resident artists with production
3) Assist planning and administration
4) There will be three lecture/discussion sessions held during the residency with invited lecturers.
5) There will be two visiting to an external artist in residence.
※ Interns are expected to make a presentation on their findings during Koganecho AIR Program 2022.
■ Internship period (residency)
A period of time; 17 August–17 October 2022
※ For a minimum of 30 days, and a maximum of 60 days.
※ The actual duration of the residency will be decided through discussion after the selection process.

(1) An individual or representative of a group that wants to start an AIR
(2) A staff member from a local government who wants to start an AIR
(3) A student interested in the work of AIR
(4) An individual or representative of a group who wishes to start an AIR abroad, and make a connection with either Koganecho or Japan
※ There are no age restrictions.
■ Applicant Requirements
• In general, applicants should be available to reside in the Koganecho area for the duration of the residency
• Overseas applicants need to get insurance before coming to Japan (overseas applicants only)
■ Remuneration
• Accommodation in a space run by the Koganecho Area Management Center (free)
• Living expenses
※The actual amount of living expenses will be decided after the selection process, depending on the duration of the residence.
• The initial and final travel to Koganecho (including air fares) and travel fees for visits to external Artist In residence organizations will be covered by the organiser
• Insurance and visa application costs will be covered by the organiser (overseas applicants only)
■ Locations
Work: At the Koganecho Area Management Center (1-4 Koganecho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa), and other places in the Yokohama area
Accommodation: A space run by the Koganecho Area Management Center
