「Living With Infra」は、バングラデシュ出身の若手研究者・建築家、スリジョン・バルア（Srijon Barua）の視点を通じて構成されたケーススタディの展覧会である。インフラの適応的活用をテーマに、8都市・24名のインタビューに及ぶフィールドワークをもとに、インフラが生み出す余剰空間のガバナンス（インフォーマルなものからフォーマルな制度まで）を検証する。ポンテ・ヴェッキオの宝石店は、500年にわたりその場に立ち続けてきた。ロンドンの鉄道アーチは、蒸気機関の時代から工房やガレージ、バーとして使われてきた。ダッカとサラエボでは、高架橋の下でインフォーマルな営みが今も続いている。パリでは廃線高架の上に、アート街「Viaduc des Arts（ヴィアデュック・デザール）」が生まれた。そしてこの展覧会の会場である黄金町もまた、そのケースのひとつである。
インフラが役目を終えても、空間が残り続けるとき、何が起こるのか。「商品」か、それとも「地域の財産」か ？
Living With Infra is an exhibition of cases seen through the lens of Srijon Barua, an early-career researcher and architect from Bangladesh whose work focuses on infrastructural adaptation. Drawing on fieldwork across eight cities and twenty-four interviews, the exhibition examines both informal and formal governance of the leftover spaces that infrastructure generates. The jewelry shops on Ponte Vecchio have stood for five hundred years. London’s railway arches have housed workshops, garages, and bars since the dawn of the steam engine. Dhaka and Sarajevo carry on informally beneath their flyovers. Paris built an art quarter on top of an abandoned viaduct: the Viaduc des Arts. Koganecho, where this exhibition takes place, is itself one of the cases.
What happens when infrastructure ends but the space remains? Commodity, or feature for community?

Srijon Barua バルア スライジョン
スリジョン・バールアは、インフラの利活用・再生を専門とする建築家・若手研究者です。特に、ダッカの高架道路下空間からヨーロッパの鉄道高架アーチ空間まで、インフラに付随して生まれる残余空間（インフラ・レジデュアル・スペース）の社会的・空間的・経済的側面に関心を持ち、研究・実践を行っています。
行政機関、NPO、地域コミュニティとの継続的な協働を通じて、参加型アクションリサーチ、政策立案、建築・都市デザインを横断する活動を展開しています。
これまでに、ユニバーシティ・カレッジ・ロンドン（UCL）バートレット建築大学院およびスイス連邦工科大学チューリッヒ校（ETH Zurich）のKlumpner Labで客員研究員を務めました。
現在は、ロンドンの鉄道高架アーチ空間の活用や、京都・深草川原町高架下公園の再整備プロジェクトにおいて、地域の関係者と協働しながら研究・実践を進めています。また、テンプル大学ジャパンキャンパスでは非常勤助教（Adjunct Assistant Professor）を務めています。
Srijon Barua is an early-career researcher and architect specializing in infrastructural adaptation, with a particular interest in the social, spatial, and economic dimensions of infra-residual spaces, from the under-flyover territories of Dhaka to the railway arches of Europe. His work bridges participatory action research, policy development, and design practice, developed through sustained collaboration with government agencies, NGOs, and community partners. He has held visiting fellowships at the Bartlett (UCL) and the Klumpner Lab at ETH Zurich. He is presently working on London’s railway arches and the Fukakusa-Kawaramachi viaduct park redevelopment with local stakeholders, and teaches as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Temple University Japan.
