2026/03/10(火)OnAIR ― 黄金町の人々と出会うOnAIR -Meet the people of Koganecho

黄金町エリアマネジメントセンターは、国内外のアーティストを対象に、まちと密接に関わりながら滞在・制作・発表を行うアーティスト・イン・レジデンスを実施しています。黄金町を拠点に、地域に点在するスタジオを活用し、アーティスト同士や地域との交流が生まれる環境を育んでいます。また、アジア地域を中心とした国際交流事業を展開し、アート分野で活動する組織・団体とのネットワークを形成しています。国内外のアーティストに向けた交流機会の創出や、現地でのリサーチ・対話の機会づくりにも取り組んでいます。

その一環として、毎月スタッフとアーティストが気軽に交流できる場「OnAIR」を開催しています。
3月は16日に実施予定です。

今回のOnAIRでは、スタッフ2名(徳永倫乃介、蔡循)が海外出張の経験や、その中で築かれた国内外のネットワークについてご紹介します。続いて、レジデンスアーティストによる自己紹介と、制作・活動についてのショートプレゼンテーションを行います。立場や分野を越えて交流できる時間となれば幸いです。

The Koganecho Area Management Center operates an artist-in-residence program for artists from Japan and abroad, supporting stays, production, and presentations that are closely connected to the local community.

Based in Koganecho, the program utilizes studios scattered throughout the neighborhood, fostering an environment that encourages interaction among artists as well as engagement with the local community. In addition, we develop international exchange programs, primarily within the Asian region, and build networks with organizations and groups active in the field of art. We also work to create opportunities for exchange among artists from Japan and overseas, and to facilitate research and dialogue in local contexts.

As part of these initiatives, we host a monthly gathering called “OnAIR,” where staff members and artists can casually connect and exchange ideas.
The March session is scheduled for the 16th.

At this OnAIR, two staff members, Rinnosuke Tokunaga and Cai Xun, will share their experiences from overseas business trips and introduce the domestic and international networks developed through those visits. This will be followed by self-introductions from the resident artists and short presentations about their current projects and activities.

We hope this will be an opportunity for meaningful exchange across different roles and disciplines.
