黄金町エリアマネジメントセンターでは、団体設立当初より、東アジアを中心とした海外協力団体とAIR活動を通した連携・交流を図っています。
2015年度より、交流を継続している中国・成都にあるA4 Residency Art Center（旧Luxelakes A4 Art Museum）との連携は今年で9年目となりました。2023年度は黄金町AIRアーティストのキム・ガウンさんが9月〜12月まで成都で滞在制作を行ないました。
また、2023年度より新しく協力関係を結ぶことのできた台湾・新竹のHsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouseとの連携により、黄金町AIRアーティストのSUZUKIMIさんが、9月〜12月まで新竹で滞在制作を行いました。
異なる文化的背景をもつ環境の中で、アーティストはどのような体験をしてきたのでしょうか。また同じ東アジア圏内でも地域・団体の違いによって、その体験は様々だったと思います。各派遣アーティストが、現地でのリサーチや制作の様子など体験をお話します。
Koganecho Area Management Center has been collaborating and interacting with overseas partner organizations, mainly in East Asia, through AIR activities since the establishment of the organization.
Since 2015, we have maintained our collaboration with A4 Residency Art Center in Chengdu, China, and 2024 marks our ninth year. Kim Gaeun, a Koganecho AIR artist, participated in an exchange residency program and produced work in Chengdu from September to December 2023.
2023 also saw the establishment of a new collaboration with Hsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a result, Koganecho AIR artist SUZUKIMI participated in a residency program in Hsinchu from September to December 2023.
In environments with diverse cultural backgrounds, artists have had various experiences. Even within the East Asian region, the differences in regions and organizations have led to diverse experiences. Both dispatched artists will share their experiences, including research and production activities at the local sites.

＊アーティスト交換レジデンスプログラム2023
2023年度、アーティスト交換レジデンスプログラムとして、A4 Residency Art Center（中国）、Space Ppong（韓国）、Hsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse（台湾）に協力いただき、黄金町へのアーティスト招へいおよび先方機関へのアーティスト派遣を行いました。Art CoP Bees / CBI Aesthetics（韓国）は当団体へのアーティスト推薦と招へいは実施せずでしたが、先方へのアーティスト派遣を実施することができました。
*Artist Exchange Residency Program 2023
In 2023, as part of the Artist Exchange Residency Program, A4 Residency Art Center (China), Space Ppong (South Korea), and Hsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse (Taiwan) cooperated with KAMC to invite and send artists to each institution. There were no recommended or invited artists from Art CoP Bees / CBI Aesthetics (South Korea), but KAMC was able to send artists to the organization.
キム・ガウン / Kim Gaeun
1987年韓国、ソウル生まれ。イタリアと日本を活動拠点とする。韓国で建築学部を卒業後、「世界とのコミュニケーション」をテーマとした細密ペン画を制作。クマとウサギの旅という物語をコンセプトにペン画、絵本、インスタレーション作品など多分野で活躍。現在は展示活動と共にパブリックアートや子供の文化教育振興のために精力的に活動している。2016年、絵本『君は僕のプレゼント！』出版。2022年、東根市公益文化施設まなびあテラスにて「キム・ガウン展ー旅がくれたおくりもの」開催。

Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1987. Based in Italy and Japan. After graduating from the Faculty of Architecture in South Korea, Kim Gaeun created pen drawings with the theme of “communication with the world”. She works in various fields such as pen drawings, picture books, and installation works based on the concept of the journey of a bear and a rabbit. Along with her exhibition activities, she is currently active in promoting public art and children’s cultural education. She published her picture book, You are my gift! in 2016. In 2022, Kim Gaeun Exhibition – Gifts from Travel was held at Higashine City Public Cultural Facility Manabia Terrace.

SUZUKIMI (鈴木貴美子) / SUZUKIMI
愛知県生まれ、女子美術大学芸術学部絵画科洋画専攻卒業。宇宙、そして地球に存在する全てのものは、約138億年前に起こったビッグバンからの記憶を内側に宿し、変容を繰り返しながら今現在の姿に至り存在している。全ては同じ原子でありながら様々な命の形や在り方があり影響を与え合っていること、そして循環していく命の不思議や神秘を知りたくて動物や植物をモチーフに、また日常生活で処分されるゴミを使って作品の制作を行っている。
Born in Aichi Prefecture, Japan and graduated with a B.A in Oil Painting from Joshibi University of Art and Design. SUZUKIMI believes that the universe and everything on Earth retains the memory of the Big Bang 13.8 billion years ago, and that it has undergone constant change to take on its present form. Despite all being composed of the same atoms, there are various forms and ways of existence of life that influence one another, and the artist is intrigued by the mysteries and wonders of the cyclical nature of life. To understand these mysteries and explore the influence of life, SUZUKIMI uses animals, plants, and discarded everyday waste in the creation of their artworks.
