黄金町エリアマネジメントセンターでは、団体設立当初より、東アジアを中心とした海外協力団体とAIR活動を通した連携・交流を図っています。
2016年度より、交流を継続している韓国・光州にあるアーティスト・ラン・スペースSpace Ppong（スペース・ポン）との連携は今年で8年目となりました。2023年度は、黄金町AIRアーティストのラルフ・C・ルムブレスさんが8月〜11月まで光州で滞在制作を行ないました。
同じく韓国にある清州のArt CoP Bees / CBI Aestheticsとの連携により、黄金町AIRアーティストの小林誠一さんが、10月〜11月まで清州のAsian Residency in Bamgogaeで滞在制作を行いました。
1〜2ヶ月間レジデンスプログラムに参加した２名の黄金町 AIRアーティストが、異文化の環境でどのようなリサーチと経験をしたのか、お話します。
Since its establishment, Koganecho Area Management Center has been collaborating and interacting with overseas partner organizations, mainly in East Asia, through AIR activities.
This year marks the 8th year of our collaboration with Space Ppong, an artist-run space in Gwangju, South Korea, with which we have continued exchange since 2016. In 2023, Koganecho AIR artist Ralph C. Lumbres spent his residency in Gwangju from August to November.
In collaboration with Art CoP Bees / CBI Aesthetics in Cheongju, also located in South Korea, Koganecho AIR artist Seiichi Kobayashi spent October to November working at the Asian Residency in Bamgoae in Cheongju.
The two Koganecho AIR artists who participated in the residency program for one to two months will report about their research and experience in a cross-cultural environment.

＊アーティスト交換レジデンスプログラム2023
2023年度、アーティスト交換レジデンスプログラムとして、A4 Residency Art Center（中国）、Space Ppong（韓国）、Hsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse（台湾）に協力いただき、黄金町へのアーティスト招へいおよび先方機関へのアーティスト派遣を行いました。Art CoP Bees / CBI Aesthetics（韓国）は当団体へのアーティスト推薦と招へいは実施せずでしたが、先方へのアーティスト派遣を実施することができました。
*Artist Exchange Residency Program 2023
In 2023, as part of the Artist Exchange Residency Program, A4 Residency Art Center (China), Space Ppong (South Korea), and Hsinchu City Cultural Foundation / Hsinchu City Art Site of Railway Warehouse (Taiwan) cooperated with KAMC to invite and send artists to each institution. There were no recommended or invited artists from Art CoP Bees / CBI Aesthetics (South Korea), but KAMC was able to send artists to the organization.
小林 誠一 / Seiichi Kobayashi
1994年新潟生まれ、横浜を拠点に活動。2019年南オーストラリア大学学士取得。2019年のオーストラリア、アデレードのCarclaw institutionにて個展以降、2021年FELTspaceにて個展、NexusArts、WestGallery Thebertonにてグループ展参加。2022年より黄金町AIRに参加。近年は主にプログラミングとシルクスクリーンを使った絵画と写真技法を用いた作品を制作している。

Born in Niigata in 1994 and based in Yokohama. Seiichi Kobayashi received his BFA from the University of South Australia in 2019, and since his solo exhibition at the Carclaw institution in Adelaide, Australia in 2019, he has participated in exhibitions at FELTspace in 2021, Nexus Arts, and West Gallery Thebarton. He has been working mainly with programming, silkscreen painting and photographic techniques.

ラルフ・C・ルムブレス / Ralph C. Lumbres
1990年フィリピン、カガヤン・デ・オロ生まれ。分野横断型のアーティストであり、ビジュアルアート、デザイン、パフォーマンス、教育、コミュニティに関連するプロジェクトなど、さまざまな分野を横断する作品を制作する。サルキアン・コレクティブ創設者兼共同管理者。
