Together with artist Ming Jue-ru, a participant in the Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiooka Bazaar 2026, we will stroll through the streets of Koganecho while collecting weeds and plants growing along the roadside.Using the heat transfer technique, we’ll transfer the colors and shapes of the collected plants onto fabric, documenting the scenery of Koganecho from each participant’s unique perspective. The finished works will be presented as part of the exhibition at the Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiooka Bazaar 2026! Take a leisurely stroll through the Koganecho neighborhood with Ming Jueru, a participating artist in Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiooka Bazaar 2026, and discover the wild grasses and plants that grow along its streets. Using a heat-transfer printing technique, you’ll preserve the colors and delicate forms of the plants on fabric, creating your own unique record of the Koganecho landscape through your personal perspective. The artworks created during the workshop will become part of the Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiooka Bazaar 2026 exhibition—giving you the chance to be part of this year’s festival.
