What kind of changes can art bring to a port city when it becomes integrated into the local community?

Taking the 2026 exhibition “Eternal Daylight Seaside Art Museum — Zhengbin Harbor Museum of Art: Activities and Archives” as a starting point, we will host Professor Shinji Suzuki of Yokohama City University and Mr. Lin Shu-hao, founder of the Xing Hanyan Co-creation Studio, for a dialogue between port cities that transcends the boundaries of Taiwan and Japan.

Focusing on themes such as cultural preservation, spatial utilization, and community development, the two port cities will share how they have explored possibilities for spatial use, youth participation, and international exchange through various initiatives.
