Participated artist｜Atsuro Terunuma

Atsuro Terunuma participated in Space Ppong’s residency program in Gwangju, South Korea, and took part in two exhibitions during his stay. Of the two exhibitions, from the world was a group exhibition held in the building involved in the Gwangju Uprising.

The other was OVERLOAD, a group exhibition held halfway into his residency in Gwangju. It highlighted the works he made over a-month-and- a-half period in a solo-exhibition style under the title Mieteru Nozomu & Mienai Nozomi’s Method.

The following is the debriefing event held in Koganecho after returning to Japan.

Terunuma’s solo exhibition for his report of Artists Exchange Residency Program was held in spring 2023.
