Turn Unwanted Items into Brushes—Let’s Have Fun Drawing with Our Bodies!

Join Chen Yen-Wei, an artist participating in the Koganecho Bazaar + Kamiooka Bazaar 2026, for a 90-minute workshop where you’ll transform unused everyday items into original “brushes” and express yourself through body movement and rhythm.

Participants are asked to bring 3–5 small, unused items (such as empty packaging, natural materials, or toys). Using these as “brushes,” you’ll draw the town’s scenery while expressing the invisible lines and memories that flow through this town through your body movements and rhythm.

The fabric created during the workshop will be further sewn by the artist and exhibited as part of the Koganecho Bazaar 2026.
