ブリティッシュ・コロンビア大学で美術学士号を取得後、30年以上にわたりグラスルーツのアート活動に携わるアーティストとして活動。作品は、好奇心と冒険心に満ちた対話の空間を生み出し、私たち自身の内側や他者、そしてその先に広がる世界との間に探究と発見の契機をもたらす。
文字通りあるいは比喩的な「対話」を通じて、意味のあるものとの再接続を促し、未知なるものに対して開かれた心と驚きとともに向き合う姿勢を呼びかける。制作は、好奇心を原動力とした発見の旅であり、自分自身、他者、自然界、そして言葉にできないものを（再）構築する小さな冒険として展開されている。

After receiving a bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of British Columbia Steve Frost has been a practicing artist involved with grassroots arts organizing for over 30 years. Steve’s work holds space for curious, adventurous conversations—inviting exploration and discovery within, between, and beyond ourselves. These conversations—literal and figurative—(re)align us with what is meaningful, asking us to approach the unknown with openness and wonder. His work is an exploration: a journey of discovery fueled by curiosity, a small adventure in (re)configuring ourselves, others, the natural world and the ineffable.
