ごとうなみ
Nami Goto

1969年鳥取県生まれ。東京芸術専門学校(TSA)中退。2019年より黄金町AIR参加。近年は自身を絵画へのパイプとして捉え制作している。それはつまり私自体を表現するのではなく、私という人間が持ち合わせている個性というトンネルを通して現れる世界の様々な現象を、絵画へ定着しようとする試みである。具象、抽象の観念に捉われず、心体の受動的な働きによって目に見えるものや見えないものが自然に結び合うことを目前の画に許し、観察する触媒として制作することで表現の新しい領域へと手を伸ばしていく。主な展示歴として、2017年「また春、今日も通うひと」（法隆寺ギャラリー、奈良）、2018年「そのあわい− ごとうなみドローイング展 −」（ギャラリー美の舎、東京）、2020年「Director's selection #3ごとうなみ展」（黄金町、横浜）など。

Born in Tottori, 1969. She studied at the Tokyo School of Arts, and has been part of Koganecho AIR since 2019. Recently she has been attempting to work as a "pipe to her paintings"; to transfer and fix into painting the many phenomena of the world through the tunnel of individuality she possesses as a human, as opposed to expressing herself. Her works are catalysts for observation, reaching out to new forms of expression; unbound by concrete or abstract concepts, the strokes of paint bring to light the visible and invisible perceived by the mind and body. Major solo exhibitions include Director's Selection #3: Nami Goto Exhibition (2020, Koganecho, Yokohama), Sono awai - Nami Goto's Drawing Exhibtion (2018, Gallery Binosha, Tokyo), and Mata haru, kyou mo kayou hito (2017, Houryuji Gallery, Nara).
