Raymond Horacek

マサチューセッツ州郊外の自然の中で生まれ育ち、大学時代にアメリカとフランスでプロダクトデザインを学ぶ。幼少期から興味のある日本文化から着想を得て、人、テクノロジー、自然との結びつきを探求する作品を制作し続けている。またこの探求はフットウェア、ウェアラブルテクノロジー関連の商品をデザインする際にも及んでいる。

Having grown up surrounded by nature and obsessed with Japanese culture, Ray studied Fine Arts & Industrial Design at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, USA and Strate School of Design in Paris, France. His artwork explores the relationship between humans and technology, nature, and craft. This exploration has extended into design for the body for companies including PUMA, Reebok, and Soundbrenner. He is Guest Professor at Tama Arts University and Meiji University.
