程仁珮（チェン・レンペイ）
Cheng Jen-Pei

1983年台湾・高雄市生まれ。現在台北を拠点に活動。パフォーマンスやプログラムアートを中心に制作。食品研究や作品制作のため、フランス、ベトナム、フィリピンなどでレジデンスプログラムに参加した。歴史や文化のなかで「食」「たべもの」がどのように表現されてきたのかに関心をもち、そして、文化的違いとして現れる地域ごとに異なる食の状況や習慣に関して探求する。2014年夏から、パリにいる見知らぬ人と行う、食文化と記憶の関係に焦点を当てた長期プロジェクトを始めた。

Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, 1983, and currently based in Taipei. Cheng Jen Pei's main work is in the performative and collaborative arts. She has participated in residence programs in France, Vietnam and the Philippines, researching food and production. Having become interested in the expression of food in different histories and cultures, she started to explore different food-related traditions and customs. This work started in 2014 with strangers in Paris, focussing on the relationship between food culture and memory.
